This cider is a blend left unfiltered and unfined and aged for 9 months, then dry-hopped with Sabro and Cashmere. The result is a brut IPA inspired cider with notes of stonefruit, citrus, a hint of cut grass, a slight dankness from the hops, and balanced acidity.
