HEIRLOOM Cider Release
Texas Keeper Cider 12521 Twin Creeks Rd, ManchacaA classy classic for Fall. Made from American Heirloom and traditional cider varieties, we aged this vintage for 10 months on French Oak. The apples are primarily fermented separately (bittersweets are co-fermented with crabapples) then blended to taste. Our most Champagne-like cider - lovely tannic structure from the bittersweets and the oak aging.
