Tickets & More Info at the Link! We'll be learning to make the quintessential dish in coastal Spanish cooking, SEAFOOD PAELLA! Join us and Austin-based Spanish chef, Fernanda Candil, in an evening as educational as it is delicious. We'll be discussing Spanish cooking styles and the how/why of drinking from a porrn (the traditional Spanish wine and cider decanter). We'll cook paella from scratch, while sampling Texas Keeper and guest Spanish ciders to pair. Meal includes paella, bread, salad, dessert and cider pairings. SALUD!
