Cooler days are coming, my friends, I promise! A 2022 vintage made with heirloom apples, and double fermented with Balaton and Montmorency sour cherries, this is our take on a fruited cider. Finished a click off bone dry, to avoid the pitfalls of too-sweet cherry ciders. Honeyed cherry on the nose, nectarine on the palate, and a gently tart finish. ABV 8.9%

Started in 2021 Choro is an instrumental Brazilian popular music genre which originated in 19th century Rio de Janeiro. Despite its name, the music often has a fast and happy rhythm.
