Auguste Cerise arrives this Saturday, 8/19 to help us leave the Summer doldrums behind. Cooler days are coming, my friends, I promise! A 2022 vintage made with heirloom apples, and double fermented with Balaton and Montmorency sour cherries, this is our take on a fruited cider. Finished a click off bone dry, to avoid the pitfalls of too-sweet cherry ciders. Honeyed cherry on the nose, nectarine on the palate, and a gently tart finish. ABV 8.9%
